Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before booking with Wanderlynk. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Booking & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability until written confirmation is sent by Wanderlynk.
  • A non-refundable deposit (typically 20-30% of the package value) is required to secure your reservation; the exact amount will be stated on the package page.
  • The balance payment is due at least 14 days before departure unless otherwise specified.
  • Failure to pay on time may result in automatic cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

2. Pricing & Inclusions

  • Package prices include only the services explicitly listed under the inclusions (e.g., accommodations, meals, transfers, entrance fees).
  • Flights, visas, travel insurance, personal expenses, and optional excursions are excluded unless clearly mentioned as included.
  • Prices may change due to currency fluctuations, tax changes, or supplier revisions prior to final payment; confirmed bookings with full payment are price protected.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing (email) to our support team.
  • Standard policy: 100% refund if cancelled 30+ days before departure; 50% refund if cancelled 15-29 days before; no refund if cancelled within 14 days or for no-shows.
  • Non-refundable components (e.g., certain flights, attraction tickets, or visas) will be excluded from any refund.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after approval.

4. Changes & Rescheduling

  • Date or traveler name changes are subject to availability and any applicable supplier fees.
  • For changes requested within 10 days of departure, additional charges may apply or changes may be unavailable.
  • If Wanderlynk must make a material change (e.g., hotel downgrade), you may accept the change or request a refund of the affected component.

5. Travel Documents & Insurance

  • Travelers are responsible for possessing valid passports, visas, and any required permits or vaccinations.
  • We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and delays.
  • Wanderlynk can assist with visa guidance but is not liable for visa denials or processing delays.

6. Health, Safety & Conduct

  • Guests must disclose any medical conditions that could impact travel and obtain necessary clearances from their physicians.
  • Local laws and cultural norms must be respected. Wanderlynk may refuse service to travelers engaging in unsafe or unlawful behavior.
  • Adventure activities carry inherent risks; participation is voluntary and may require signed waivers.

7. Accommodation & Transportation

  • Hotel ratings follow local standards and may differ from international norms.
  • Check-in/check-out times follow hotel policy; early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and may incur fees.
  • Transportation timings are estimates; delays due to traffic, weather, or operational issues are possible.

8. Liability

  • Wanderlynk acts as an intermediary for hotels, transport providers, and activity operators. We are not liable for acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
  • Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service and excludes indirect or consequential losses.

9. Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for losses or delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government actions.
  • In such cases, refunds or rescheduling will follow the policies of the underlying suppliers.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content on the Wanderlynk website (text, images, graphics) is owned by Wanderlynk or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.

11. Privacy

  • Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy. We collect only what is needed to deliver services and improve your experience.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by the laws of our country of incorporation. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
  • We encourage amicable resolution; please contact our support team before initiating legal action.
